My coupon has expired or is about to expire. What do I do?

You do not need to worry about the expiration date. We will still honor it.

Will I be able to take my item home with me the day I take my class?

No. Your project will need time to cool down before it will be ready to take home. An item in the hot shop or flame shop will take 7-10 days. A project in the flat shop will take 3 weeks. After 7 days or so (depending on whichever class you took), you may stop by to get it. If you would like to call to confirm that your items are done, you are more than welcome to do so. When you come in to pick up your items, tell whomever at the front desk what your name is, what day you came in, what project you made, and he or she will get them for you.

How do I schedule a class or hands on demo?

What is the difference between the glassblowing, fusing, and flameworking?

In glassblowing, you work with hot liquid glass. Depending on the class you take, you will either hot sculpt the liquid glass by gathering it at the end of a punty and shape it using the tools provided by your instructor or you will gather the glass at the end of the punty and blow through it to create an item.

In fusing, you work with various forms of flat sheet glass. You will decorate a piece of glass using other glass forms such as stringer, bits of glass called “frit” and many other different forms. There is no heat involved in this class.

In flameworking, you work with a hand held torch and rods of glass.
